Was diagnosed about 15 yrs ago and all research told me that therapy was necessary because of progression of disease. Amazingly I have never had a Dr who addresses this. Won't do meds as decades of use have given me neuropathy, which is no fun either. I only take magnesium and lots of water to keep joints lubricated best I can.

I won’t take the medicine either. I already have a few autoimmune diseases. When they gave me the results of this one I just said add it to the list! No more toxic medicine for me. I am on a supplement regiment. I also eat gluten free. Am I better? No! But the medicine that is prescribed doesn’t work either.
