I finally have some good news! I quit vaping and replaced it with nicotine gum. I used to smoke my vape literally all day and even in the middle of the night. sometimes I'd even fall asleep with my vape in my hand. it was no good. so now I switched to nicotine gum and I haven't vaped in 3 days! I have had a few cigarettes (not while chewing the gum, i know thats dangerous), but really nothing like I used too. I'm really proud of this achievement! if only quitting alcohol was as easy.. I guess it takes some practice. I really expected this to be the hardest journey I've faced in a long time, but somehow it isn't and I'm so grateful.
