Tips for Quitting Vaping and Finding Alternatives to Stim With

I quit smoking cold turkey .. it almost broke me though ... I used a stress ball to stop the tremor

I am to trying to give up vaping but stim all the time with it if I am out socialising or even just watching TV. Its just the feel and size of it just seems easier to have about as nerotypicals just think I figet a lot. I know I shouldn't worry what people think but I do so find it easier to figet with my vape, which cuts down my anxiety.

Neither we nor our significant other have smoked nicotine or tobacco, but our S/O had gotten a really good stim chew toy that lasts a very long time. It’s been two years and there’s barely even a dent in the thing! We’d have to ask where they got it, but we do know they have selective sizes and strengths for different people.

I can so relate to stimming with your vape! I do that all the time lol. Good luck quitting! I wish I had more advice for you but I myself am not ready to quit although I need to.
