I cut down greatly on my sugar intake and noticed a difference in my fibro symptoms and chronic pain. I mean I get pain daily but it seems like it's not as bad . I also quit smoking tobacco. I think that's made a difference. just thought it was worth mentioning. I know we're all desperately to feel better.
