Struggling with Quitting Smoking and Preparing for Ketamine Therapy

Hello to whoever is out there, I am, well, obviously new here - per my awkward intro. I am currently going through quitting smoking (both cigs and weed) in preparation for the start of my upcoming Sparavto Ketamine therapy treatment cycle. I have smoked chronically for about 9 years so this is as you can imagine, quite hard. If anything about this sad little post speaks to you and you think we might be “alike” (or not) I would love to hear any input you have on quitting smoking or ketamine therapy! (Or if we’re alike and you don’t want to be heavy about it, I love my cats and always appreciate a good pet pic to lighten the mood!)
