I always sit in a hot shower in the dark with a few candles and some comfort music. It chills me out real fast. If I’m out in public or don’t have access to my shower or bed, I guess I just dissociate, which is not very healthy 😅 someone said go through your senses, I assume that means picking one thing to focus on at a time for each sense, to sort of ground yourself in reality

there’s an app called Calm and I LOVE it. There’s a 30 day meditation course where you listen to a 10min audio clip, and it calms me down so much, no matter where I️ am I️ can put my headphones in and listen.

Drawing, coloring, read, listen to music, go through all of your senses, watch a tv show you like, reach out to someone, or take a shower. Sometimes when you take a shower specifically warm it relieves stress or you could do a facemask too. Just focus on yourself and do things that make you happy
