Drawing, coloring, read, listen to music, go through all of your senses, watch a tv show you like, reach out to someone, or take a shower. Sometimes when you take a shower specifically warm it relieves stress or you could do a facemask too. Just focus on yourself and do things that make you happy

there’s an app called Calm and I LOVE it. There’s a 30 day meditation course where you listen to a 10min audio clip, and it calms me down so much, no matter where I️ am I️ can put my headphones in and listen.

I always sit in a hot shower in the dark with a few candles and some comfort music. It chills me out real fast. If I’m out in public or don’t have access to my shower or bed, I guess I just dissociate, which is not very healthy 😅 someone said go through your senses, I assume that means picking one thing to focus on at a time for each sense, to sort of ground yourself in reality
