I take propranolol for migraines but I also have anxiety and bipolar disorder and it definitely does not treat sudden anxiety/panic

From what Ive seen and experienced, it really depends on dosage and the person. For example I'm on it for general anxiety (not anxiety/panic attacks) and it helps, but my mom takes it at a much higher dose for migraines and blood pressure and it works, it doesn't do anything for her anxiety though. It seems like one of those pills you have to trial and error with to figure out if it works. I've not had success with taking it as needed for attacks though, so I can't really speak on that one

I take it at 5 mg and I take it 3 times per day. It keeps all my anxiety away (almost all) I love it. Give it a try it won’t hurt
