Looking for Quick Relief from Panic Attacks

My normal anxiety/panic medications haven’t been working and I was wanting something that can treat sudden panic quickly. I can’t take benzos like Ativan (which has worked in the past) because I’m bipolar, but nothing else has worked as well for me. I was prescribed Propranolol today but after doing some research it seems like it’s not commonly used for this purpose so I was wondering if anyone else takes it for anxiety/panic and if so, does it work well for you?

I take it at 5 mg and I take it 3 times per day. It keeps all my anxiety away (almost all) I love it. Give it a try it won’t hurt

From what Ive seen and experienced, it really depends on dosage and the person. For example I'm on it for general anxiety (not anxiety/panic attacks) and it helps, but my mom takes it at a much higher dose for migraines and blood pressure and it works, it doesn't do anything for her anxiety though. It seems like one of those pills you have to trial and error with to figure out if it works. I've not had success with taking it as needed for attacks though, so I can't really speak on that one
