What helps you get rid of your migraines quicker? I have found pineapples, or anything with pineapple in it helps me. even the ones that last days.

Can you help? connect today

I haven’t tried that but I have heard of drinking a Coke and eating a Snickers Bar.

Caffeine. Sugar free monsters work best and a combo of ibuprofen and asprin but usually they go for days. Ive been on gabapenten and amitriptiline which helps

Pressure on my head helps me 90% of the time. I have one of those microwave heating pads that I just lay on my head. It feels like a mini weighted blanket. Doesn’t have to be warmed up

I haven’t found anything that helps me with mine, I have been on a few different medications that you can only take no more than 3 times a week, nothing has helped me, eating anything isn’t going to work because most of the time I get sick with the migraine headache

I've learned that peppermint oil and an ice pack will help some time

I have found that if I take my medicine on a strict schedule and I take my Amovig injection that is once a month on the same day every month and when I do get a break through migraine I immediately take my Maxalt and not wait or put it off it seems to help most of the time when it doesn't work I get ice packs and a towel and lay down in a dark room and put the ice packs on my head and that helps take most of the pain away

I put on an ice pack on my forehead, I usually run hot so I don't use heat except if I have severe neck or back pain. My migraine pills can only be taken 2-3 times a week, because I had a stroke I can't take any typical migraine meds. I use THC and CBD to help with them and the chronic pain from lupus ELS, fibromyalgia and arthritis. I too get nausea with a lot of my migraines but since I've been on Aimovig 140mg the nausea and 🤮 have decreased significantly.

my brother bought me an eye/temple massage device (looks kinda like a VR headset but less fun, lol) and it's significantly helped me. If it doesnt completely get rid of the migraine, it at least adds other sensations that distract away from the pain. I love the thing.
