Try to take milk of magnesia, magnesium citrate or some other poop softening thing

Sitz baths help a lot! stool softeners do too. Sqatie pottie helps. I have used hemroid cream, sometimes they have a applicator on some of them. Hemroid wipes help. I would see a doctor about your fissures though if they continue
