Questioning My Bipolar Depression Diagnosis - Seeking Clarity

I recently got diagnosed with Bipolar depression with mix features, is it normal to feel like its the right diagnosis but feels like i fake the symptoms as i have hours to days kind of manic/depressive episodes when I'm unmedicated and sometimes it gets past my meds but not as often without it. like it isnt weeks to months long as others tend to be with bipolar. is it normal to feel this way?

i talked to a few friends with bipolar 2 as i got confused what the difference was and when they explained it, it made sense but i still feel weird about it. Thank you for sharing though, I'm sorry you also feel like this too, i know doubt can be stressful
