Qelbree side effects and alternatives

whats everyones thoughts on qelbree? i recently started it and immediately my body reacted horribly, i had heavy fatigue, my apatite was shot, my migraines spiked up a bit as well after this first month there was an issue with my prescription so i ran out before it could get refilled, so now ive been off it for almost a week, and im feeling a whole lot better, more awake and my apatite came back, but my adhd symptoms (poor memory, racing thoughts etc) have spiked up hard i dont think im going to continue qelbree and i will try a different medication, but i was curious if others have seen these issues
