Pulsating feeling in the back of my head near my neck

Ive posted about this before, but I am hoping for more input from people with a similar symptom. Often, when I usually am sitting or laying down, I have this “pulsating” feeling in the back of my head near my neck. It goes with my heart beat, and it doesnt come with headache or any pain or sensitivity. It’s usually just in one spot, and not across the entire head, but after exercise it is in my entire head (people complain of this when they have heart issues usually, I only have POTS and exercise intolerance). It does get worse with anxiety, yes, but it is there all the time whether I am anxious or not, and it makes me feel restless. In my last post someone mentioned chiari malformation and how they had something similar, however I saw a POTS specialist doctor (got very lucky!! They’re pediatric), but she is younger and newer to the profession of specialization so she kind of brushed it off. I am hoping some others on here have had this, my mom only kind of knows the feeling but not really (she has POTS too). Anyone else? Thank you!!

Could it be related to Vaso-Vagal? I know POTS and Vaso-vagal syncope are very closely related. The Vagus nerve runs through that area, so maybe ask your doctor about Vaso-vagal syncope VS Cardiogenic POTS. It's sometimes hard to tell the difference but it's worth a shot
