PTSD Triggered at Work, Can't Support Coworkers
I recently had an experience at work that triggered a pretty big PTSD episode for me. Now, I can’t even go in that room it happened in without experiencing panic attacks. I had a four hour attack after sitting in the room for three minutes. I feel so bad I can’t support my coworkers in that room, but I literally cannot stand being in there.
