Need Motivation to Go to School with PTSD
Kinda need help before Monday. I have ptsd (post traumatic syndrome) and anxiety and depression. I have a hard time going to school because of it and miss school a lot. I basically got bullied 3 years ago so bad to the point I had to move schools. No I’m kinda scared it’s going to happen again. But I made some friends so far but I’m just scared everything is going to be not but hell again. Is there anything that will motivate me to go to school?

Not to be *that* person, but is it PTSD or PTS? As far as I'm aware from when I was getting my diagnosis for PTSD they're different, and things that help with PTSD may not help with PTS and visa versa. When it comes to the anxiety and depression part of it, I generally find ways to keep myself occupied. Im not in school anymore but I work, so Im constantly keeping myself busy doing things that most people over look, cleaning, etc..Find ways to keep yourself busy.
