PTSD Medication: Is Prazosin Effective?
Hi, I’ve been taking 1 mg of prazosin for a couple of years now for my PTSD-related nightmares. I was wondering if anyone else saw improvement with the medication? It’s really hard for me to tell if it’s actually helping me and sometimes I feel like I’m just taking it for nothing and there are better treatment options.

Hi there! 💕 for me it helped decrease the intensity of my nightmares but it didn’t really decrease the frequency. Which was better than nothing! I didn’t really see any changes until I’d moved up to 7 mg though. I hope that’s helpful!
