it does need to get a name? Or it does go away? Or sometnimg else? Not tracking well under way too.much stress now anxiety ptsd through roof and post concussion syndrome mucks my tracking anyway.

I have had PTSD a very long time, but was recently diagnosed. Mine has not gone away and I still have occasions where it is good with no triggers and such. But if stress and my anxiety goes crazy that is when it goes crazy as well.

I don’t believe so. The periods in between the triggered trauma just get longer and u become more resilient. It helps to talk about it

I’m not sure. Personally I’ve gotten to the point where I can go long periods without getting severely triggered or having panic attacks/nightmares, but they always eventually resurface in some way. I guess it depends on your coping skills, how much therapy you’ve done, and how long since your trauma.
