PTSD from Narcissistic Relationships

My ex of 5 years used to make me strip after coming home from work and he would “examine” my body inside and out to see if I was cheating on him 🙄

Yes spent one long year with him. Both my parents are also narcissists. Spent lots of time in therapy working through it. Healing is not an easy path but possible and worthwhile.

Yessss!! I was with him for 7 YEARS. He was so awful. It's been almost 4 years since we broke up and I still have things that pop up from it, especially since I started living with my new partner. But he is so understanding and sweet and patient.
