Psychotic Episode and Paranoia

I’ve done it a couple of times , maybe close to 5 or 7. Think of it as a fresh start unless you threw out very valuable belongings with a lot of significance materialistic things can always be replaced

Yes, I did this before I got diagnosed last year, literally threw away all of my belongings except for like my bed and a dresser and furniture like that. Most of my things are sentimental too so it really sucked when I realized what I did. In my head i felt like I needed my room to be completely clear, only the white walls. Weird.

YES. I was “organizing” but wrecked a lot of my belongings and gave out/trashed a lot of my stuff. My landlord eventually kicked me out because of the mess I had made and moved what I had left into a storage unit where I further wrecked and lost some stuff. I lost most of my clothes and lost my sense of style.
