how do i buck up & be a normal person god i feel like such a waste of a human i can't even leave the house because my psychosis has gotten to a point of constantly trying to convince me that everybody around me is getting to kill me i haven't left for anything but groceries & appointments for years

Consult your doctor right away and get a propped diagnosis, once they can do that you can start getting help. I didn’t consult my doctor for such a long time and when I did I got my proper diagnosis and the right medications and help to cope with those feelings. I’ve been exactly where you are at and it’s a living hell but there is a way out! I have faith in you!
