Muscle Pain and Extreme Fatigue with Psoriatic Arthritis

Does anyone with psoriatic arthritis, have muscle pain/extreme fatigue? I have been suffering from it. It has gotten so bad that I have to take breaks while chewing, walking, bending...etc.

Yes! I definitely did & sometimes still get it now… the only thing that helped me is suffering in pt & building better foundation of muscles! I can’t lie & tell you it’s easy because the first couple months can be brutal but it definitely gave me a better quality of life! I also became more & more diligent about recovery & nutrition that helps with my extreme fatigue pain. I hope you find something that works for you 💙

I live with this every day. I'm always tired and I'm so stiff in the morning that sometimes all I have the strength for is to go to the bathroom. Have you talked to your doctor?

Yes, and yes. Lower back and hip pain with occasional knee, and heel pain. Walking is a nightmare, standing is worse even sitting getting painful after awhile.

I have many of the same problems. I can hardly walk anymore and I can't do much without stopping to rest. It sucks!

Yes, definitely muscle pain. Like try to lift arm and have shooting pain but nowhere near the joints on arm. And can't do much without resting. Always tired.
