Desperately Seeking Psoriasis Solution

I am a psoriasis patient. I was diagnosed about ten years ago. I tried several ointment’s and topical’s but none seems to work. It appears on my knees, elbows and right front ankle to calf. Also a few spots around my hip and head. Desperate in need of a solution. Overall I am a healthy person with no others health conditions. I have started exercise at least five to six times a week two years ago. I try to follow a low carb diet. I have cut read meat, sugar and carbs. I drink once in a while lightly. I don’t smoke or use drugs. Any other questions need I am willing to share. Thank you 🙏
