Struggling with Psoriasis and HS - Any Tips?

hi! has anyone found any ways to reduce psoriasis or HS? they can really flare up and cause alot of bother!

I’m on spironolactone and that does the bulk of the work for my HS. On top of that I wear compression shorts basically all the time so my body never has the chance to rub against each other and be sweaty.

I am on a biologic injection called Cimzia, which I think has been helping. Got to a point where natural remedies just were not working. Its a little rough, but so far it's been less flares, and I've seen fewer bumps on my head. I wish there was a pill form tho.
