Go for gentle all natural hand washes. Start reading labels of any lotions that touch your hands and avoid unknown/nasty chemicals where it is possible... E.g. wear cleaning gloves when using any strong chemical substance needed for household chores 🧤

Massaging warm coconut oil on the affected area usually helps me. Might be worth a try.
