I'm on 10mg of busiprone hcl 2x daily and then I have propranolol 10mg take one or 2 aday as needed (beta blocker) I use it when I can't fight off the real bad anxiety

Everyone’s body is different. I would say give it a try but if you find yourself still struggling, don’t be afraid to take a GeneSight test to see what matches with your specific body! Worked wonderful for me!
