Wanting to get healthy and lose weight by increasing protein, but I'm allergic to whey, peanut, and eggs. Any ideas besides plant based protein powder?

      Raw vegetables will fill you for sure. For me healthy fats are key for weight loss & overall health. Think village/cave days humans weren’t living on grains etc. Food prepping on Wednesday might be helpful?

      Broccoli’s spinach asparagus and Brussell sprouts are great sources as well I like steamed or roasted on parchment paper best

          @Johanna I am doing a lot of plant based dieting and noticed when I got Chinese vegetables that the broccoli was barely cooked. I was so surprised at how full I got when eating it. Is this the case with all raw veggies?

      Are you a non meat eater? I use almond butter, foul & fish. Chicken Turkey and Salmon in particular agree with me. Especially if they weren’t fed soy.

        @Bruxine I do eat meat, but don't want to overload on fats. I like fish and seafood alot. My other issue is time. I work a full time and part time job and have kids who are very active in sports. For example I only am game free this week on Wednesday. So quick and easy is necessary
