Don’t ever be concerned about your doctor’s opinion of you!! You’re literally paying them to help you. I don’t feel my atenolol is helping at all either.

Propranolol is a beta blocker used for a lot of conditions, high blood pressure and uneven heart rate are two of them, it's used for tachycardia seen in POTS, it's used as a migraine preventative. Talk to your doctor. There is no reason to take a medication that isn't working. If you're not comfortable telling your doctor the medication isn't working, find a new doctor. They aren't going to be able to help you, and they will keep prescribing it.

It is used for anxiety and high blood pressure. I take it and I believe the only thing it does for me is keep my blood pressure regular. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Propranolol is meant to help with heart rate, isn't it? That's what Jw as told anyway. Is your heart still skipping beats?

The best thing you can do is tell your doctor how you feel.
