Hi all! I just started Propranolol 2 days ago & have already noticed major symptom reduction! (fewer migraine, headache, fibromyalgia, & anxiety symptoms) Anyone else on this medication & notice a difference??

      I went on it last year and it’s been super helpful. It turns down some of the physical responses to stressors so I am better equipped to navigate the mental ones.
