Does anyone else take propranolol for anxiety/high heart rate? It’s been a few months now and it helped me SO much. My heart rate was going up to 191 bpm whenever I got anxious along with chest pain, but this med made my heart rate normal (70-90), and lowered physical anxiety symptoms which decreased panic attacks. However, it seems to not be working as well anymore. My anxiety is returning and heart rate is up again. Maybe has something to do with not exercising for a week?
