Looking for feedback on propranolol for anxiety

Hello looking for some feedback I suffer terribly with health anxiety and I guess just general anxiety. I was on meds for many years but came off them in June 21 which has been hard. I have propranolol just incase but haven’t taken it as yet, my anxiety is really intense at the minute and has been for a few weeks. Anyone else take propranolol for anxiety would be interested in hearing about your experiences Thank you in advance

I took it before as needed when I would have a panic attack. It slows down your heart rate. I also took hydroxyzine as needed which is a antihistamine that will put you to sleep.

This is very helpful! Anxiety gives you hot flushes? Can it also wake you up? I went thru massive anxiety for like 14 Mo's and my body when I finally stopped basically went berserk. My family thinks Iight have Adrenal Fatigue also

I feel for you all it's hard especially if you have racing mind, heart palpitations and intense hot flushes that makes me sweat. I hate it so much.
