I get reoccuring, painful ovarian cysts. I modified my lifestyle with diet and exercise, but at the point where I need to supress ovulation. I just had a hysterectomy, and do not need to control cyvle, but stop ovulation. I have a history of migraine with aura. Some docs say combo pill ok, most say not with the migraine w/aura. Is there a progesterone only pill that has worked well for you to lessen cysts without a lot of side affects? I do not want to gain weight, don't want hair loss, anxiety etc.
