Processing New Mental Health Diagnoses After Psych Ward Stay
hey so I've just got out of the psych ward and I feel great but I have some new diagnosis such as osdd and bipolar type 1 with psychotic features I've already had a plethora of disorders so I'm feeling like Im just trying to process what it all means I guess. it feels like more of me makes so much sense but on the other hand I also feel, for lack of a better word, lost on what it all means for me.
