Preventing Infection in Eczema: Seeking Advice
do any of you have infection prone eczema and if so what things do you do to try and prevent infection, or did you have an underlying condition causing it and if so what was it (if you're comfortable sharing)? I have now been on antibiotics 6 times and really want to try and prevent going on again

I'm not sure about infection prone eczema, but I would talk to your dermatologist about Adbry and getting on the Adbry advocate program. Dupixent is very difficult to find coverage for. Adbry just entered the US market in February 2022 and they told me even if my insurance doesn't cover it (which it does, with prior authorization) they can supply the medication for free for two years. Yes, it is an injectable biologic.
