Tea tree oil baths, heat compresses, rubbing alcohol, aloe Vera, loose fitting clothes, tumeric, also I’ve never done but heard they help bleach bathes

I’m going to try a few of these

I’m currently on Humira 80mg injections every other wk. But before starting this medication I was doing bleach baths. I must say the bleach baths do work.

I was on Humira for a while and found it helpful.
