Prescription NSAIDs for Chronic Pain and Dental Issues

Anyone else with chronic pain most likely from hEDS and fibromyalgia, also have very bad teeth and gums? If so, what prescription nsaids would you suggest?? Its really really difficult to find a dentist that takes my insurance around me and I can't afford out of pocket

Yeah at this point any otc nsaids are what im using since I have no insurance/job and have had a broken tooth for months (I have heds). Tylenol 3 (the Tylenol and codeine option) maybe, idk really. I try and stay away from painkillers because unlike otc pain meds (or script of a higher dose of otc) which don't get me high, the better stuff gets me high on top of minimal pain relief and don't get a ton of benefit out of pain meds except that im high. So if they offer better stuff I'll say yes, but don't actively try and ask.
