Pregnancy Sciatica Pain: Any Advice?

Hi! I’m 10 weeks pregnant with our third baby. My sciatica is so bad, that I can hardly walk. The pain is crippling. I can’t even pick up my 1 1/2 year old. I started Chiro and PT last week, but so far the pain is still just as bad. I tried a brace, but that didn’t help. Heat helps, but as soon as I get up it’s back to square one. My OB said the only thing I can take is Tylenol, which doesn’t help at all …anyone experience anything similar or have any advice?

✋yes I understand the pain level your on, prob 9-10. I think your disk or the baby may be pressing on a nerve

Can you Chiropractor use ultrasound and or laser on your back? I find that helps a tremendous amount. Because my back is so messed up I can't have the normal chiropractic adjustments. Ask at your next appointment.
