Struggling with Mental Health During Pregnancy

So I am almost 25 weeks pregnant and having a hard time. Before getting pregnant I was on a handful of meds that kind of helped. (Lithium, seroquel, perphenazine, hydroxyzine, propranolol, Zoloft prazosin, abilify) since I can’t be on my meds pregnant I am only on Zoloft. I feel hopeless, suicidal, and in a constant state of paranoia. I talk to my psychiatrist once a month, my therapist once a week, and my ob who is also my pcp once a month. I think I’m more scared of getting back on my meds after birth. What if my illness got worst and the meds don’t work like they did?

ive gone from being prescribed 5 different kinda of prescription , staying medicated for months and choosing to go towards a non - pharmaceutical recovery countless of times without any symptoms worsening. Makes no logical sense really but it can happen, surround yourself with supportive loving and caring people , pick up on an old hobby or get into a new one is my suggestion.

It could be a possibility, also cutting those meds cold turkey is the worst thing to do. But, if you need anything, I’m here to talk. I know getting off lithium is very hard.
