If your parents are supportive and you’re not in a situation where harm is possible then sitting down and telling them will help. There’s also planned parenthood’s that offer great things like ultra sounds for free and guidance. Some women shelters also offer guidance.

In some cases they do have free women’s health care centers and they can give you counseling and help with telling your family

My mom found my pregnancy test when I was 17 that’s how she found out. I was planning to tell her the day she found it. But all I can say is… just tell her… that’s all you can do.. “mom I’m pregnant”
