Struggling today with my pre-period fibro flare up. Do any other ladies find they have a pain flare up right before and during their period?

Yes, definitely noticed recently. Thank you for reminding me to message my PCP about this. I hope you get a break from the pain *gentle hug*

My IUD helped with this quite a bit. I got it to help my endometriosis pain- but it helped with all my monthly flares, not just the endo

Totally did. I don't miss that pain at all. Or the fatigue.

I'm on birth control and have been thinking about coming off of it- could someone elaborate so I know what to expect if I do switch?

I never thought about how this impacts me. I've always thought it was the PCOS! 🤦🏼‍♀️
