Concerns about taking Prazosin for nightmares

is anyone else a little frightened by prazosin? i do experience nightmares and some sleep disturbance but i'm really scared the meds will hurt me in the long run because i don't really experience these things chronically. my dosage is only 1 mg though so i'm sure i'll be fine, but i wanna know if anyone else was scared in the beginning or has the same concerns

I was definitely terrified before starting Prazosin, the only scary thing that happened was i felt very tired for a little bit, but that was just a side effect. And it only lasted about a week or so, so just make sure to give your body plenty of rest and see if it works for you :) I'm also on 1mg btw
