My best tip is to take naps and breaks, and take on LESS. Remember, your body is sick and needs extra care than the average person. It’s hard these days to take a step back and care for yourself, but I’ve found that confidently doing what YOU need for YOU is the most productive thing.

Stay away from caffeine! In my experience it only made me sleepier, to help the fatigue drink tons of water, 7-8 hours of sleep, and also eat tons of healthy foods. As a UC patient, I recommend diced cucumbers and carrots with ranch if you’re feeling icky😊
