Experiencing strange POTS symptoms post Covid

I am currently sick with covid and have had it do this to my POTS. These are usually my worst flare symptoms but covid made it suddenly appear the second I got a mild fever. Keep up your salt and hydration even more, dont miss a dose because I noticed being sick makes hypovolemia so much worse. Help circulate your blood with mild calf and hand exercises. i’ve had that happen before (i didn’t have covid though…) but i’ve definitely tried to get out of bed in the morning and fallen because my legs literally collapsed under me!! lol i find that i get tremors and muscle spasms during my pots flare ups! it really sucks, but i tend to just have to wait for it to pass! hope this helps!!
