Someone told me I have symptoms of POTS but don't know an awful low about what it is, the major symptoms or what the diagnostic process is like. If anyone is willing to share some info that'd be so appreciated (:

      @NewYork thank you so much. I think I may talk to my doctor about it as dizziness and my heart feeling like it's racing if I stand too long is becoming a bit of a problem

      Main symptoms of pots are dizziness, fainting, hot flashes, nausea, blood pooling, etc. There’s a lot and everyone’s is different. You could possibly get a diagnosis from a cardiologist. I got mine from a neurologist. Getting diagnosed can be difficult because a lot of doctors don’t know about it.

        @NewYork Also, you do Not have to faint to have POTS. A lot of us don’t faint, it’s just a possibility
