Struggling with POTS Symptoms on a Hot Day

I'm having a REALLY bad POTS day, it sucks. I've been lightheaded and nauseated all day, it's so frustrating. Does anyone have things that make it not so bad? it's especially bad because it's 100° outside :/

I've been in bed all day because of the heat. Cool air, and laying down help but immediately after I get up it comes back. And it sucks because I have a job, and can't just call off. So I take an aleve and drink water which doesn't always help.

I've been working a summer camp this week and even though it's super low effort I had to go home early today, and I have a job too, it's awful

Potassium and Magnesium always help me feel a little better. My diet consists of more potatoes and avocado than anything else for dietary Potassium! I don't know if it will help anyone else but this helps me.

I take 12 Vitassium buffered electrolyte salt capsules a day on doctor's orders, and it improves my daily life significantly. Compression socks are good too. Remember to stay hydrated! My doctor suggests over 100oz a day.
