POTS and Raynaud’s: Diagnostic Criteria?

Has anyone with POTS (or not!) also been diagnosed w Raynaud’s? What’s the diagnostic criteria?

I think just visibly and distinctly paler than normal, they want to see clear lines of colour difference. I believe it has to be both hands but one being worse is okay. I would definitely take pictures of that!

Taking pics is a great idea @unluckyunicorn - does it have to be like completely white? Or both hands? Cuz for me all my fingers turn palpably cold but it’s worse on the right and my nail beds turn this weird blue grey color and the rest of my finger is white ish.

Your fingers turning white then blue then red (red upon warming up) with distinct lines of the colour under cold and 1 other condition (turns white when stressed for example). Having pictures of it in every colour is super helpful. Numbness and tingling as well. Mainly just showed pictures, explained when it happened, how it felt, and got diagnosed
