Dealing with Nausea in POTS

Hey there ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ. A little new to the POTS game & could use some insight. I have been so nauseated (like morning sickness nauseated, but not pregnant) off and on for weeks now. I notice it gets worse when I stand. Anyone else with POTS have this?

Thank you all for responding. It sounds like itโ€™s a POTS symptom for some. I know it can cause headaches, and I was getting lots of those too. I got 3L of IV fluids and feel way better now

Yes @raisedinadish! Meds too close together and/or without food definitely makes a difference.

Natti, that sounds just like me. And I realized after I posted this Iโ€™m close to my ovulation window, and I get nauseated sometimes with that, so I think itโ€™s a double whammy of hormones + POTS

i have this! i find that nibbling on salty crackers/pretzels helps with the nausea. i also realized i was taking my medications too close together or without enough food, which was definitely messing with my digestive system.

I have POTS and unexplained nausea too! Not sure if they are related though

Idk if itโ€™s POTS or something else but I deal with so much nausea when my hormones fluctuate during my cycle. Iโ€™m about to try a new kind of HBC to see if it helps. I have a hard time eating bc of it ๐Ÿ˜ฅ
