Dealing with Memory Issues in POTS

i feel like i might need to see a POTS specialist- i haven’t seen one since i was first diagnosed back in 2014. i’m doing everything y’all suggested but i am still managing to let wayyy too much fall through the cracks somehow. i’ve also been diagnosed as adhd & i’m on meds which help somewhat. but it’s so bad i feel like without them i can barely function

Hydration and salt accounts for more than I originally thought, oh and I forget to eat which also makes me more forgetful. I have postit note pads everywhere, my room, my purse, my backpack, my car, throughout my house. And a planner that actually works for you and is appropriate sized to carry everywhere. Now I can't leave my house without mine. Finally, I have alarms for everything, and alarms to go off after those alarms for when I forget the prior alarm.

I write literally everything in my notes app, like the second I think of something it has to be written down of it will leave my brain forever.
