Has anyone with PoTS noticed magnesium supplements helped them? I've been reading a bit but I'd be curious to hear from you guys as well

      I’ve taken magnesium for years, I don’t remember if it actually helps but I don’t want to stop just in case, lol

      No but vitamin b1 helps. Magnesium just helped a tiny bit with fatigue at the start.

      I take it for restless legs. I notice it gets really bad when i still taking it i take a multi firm with glycinate and two other forms. Idk about your what's though
