What do people with POTS use for joint pain? I have compression socks which I wear for travel but don’t find that they help my joint pain at all. I have a knee brace and that helps half the time but all of my other joints are constantly in pain, stiff or cracking when I move them, especially my fingers and knees. I have tried to seek help from my doctors but they won’t give me anything until my 12 month check up.

Some people with POTS find relief from joint pain by taking ibuprofen, stretching, and doing exercises like wall sits to improve circulation. However, it's important to consult your doctor for personalized advice and treatment.
