Gluten Sensitivity with POTS

Does anyone with POTS have a gluten sensitivity? I’ve been diagnosed with POTS for more than a decade, yet I didn’t start having reactions to gluten until about 5 years ago. I drink bone broth, and that helps SO much when I do consume gluten, but I was wondering if it was just me, or if it is happening to others.

I have a pretty intense gluten intolerance. It makes me very fatigued, bloated, stiff, and causes a lot of joint pain. But I don’t notice anything with lightheadedness or dizziness. Not sure what your intolerance is, but it’s worth checking for celiac! Even if you’re gluten free, cross contamination could still be causing intestinal damage if you have celiac.

I have been tested for celiac twice, once 5 years ago and once 6 months ago and they have both come back negative! Guess it is just a bad intolerance.
