Do you feel exhausted after a POTS episode? I don't feel tired during the episode, but afterwards, I feel so tired that all I want to do is sleep. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or something I'm imagining.

Yes! I feel the same way, like I need to take a minute to catch my breath and get back to normal. Bad episodes, I have to rest for a while because it just takes everything out of me. I'm sure you've heard it all, but lots of water, compression socks, and for some people extra salt intake helps. I'd ask your doctor about the salt though, first since there's other things to consider for that, like your heart. Best of luck!
